Robert ( Robbie) Forbes grew up in Clarendon central Jamaica and recorded his first single (Black Hen Chicken) for Jack Ruby the legendary sound system operator and record producer. He recorded for several producers including at Harry J’s studio where his song (Ghetto Woman) made number two in Canada.
